1. Order Cancellation by Customer

2. Cancellation Timing
We recommend you request cancellation within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. If the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched with our logistics provider, cancellation might not be possible.
3. Cancellation by ManamFresh
ManamFresh reserves the right to cancel your order in rare circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inventory or stock unavailability.
- Pricing errors or typographical errors on the product page.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Technical issues with payment or checkout systems.
4. Refund on Cancellation
If your order cancellation request is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Exact timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
